The Resort Manager job explained

Working as a Resort Manager within a Ski Resort can be a highly pressurised role but it also very rewarding watching a whole resort come together through the season and give your guests an unforgettable Ski Holiday.

You will lead by example within this type of role and be highly organised, motivated, and infectiously happy while having a great attitude to delivering first class customer service.

As with any ski job no two days are ever the same but for a Ski Resort Manager you will have to organise everyone which includes all Ski Reps, Hotel Reception staff, Hosts and Chefs. On top of this you will be looking after all Ski Equipment hire and Lift passes through you Ski Resort for all guests.

As a Ski Resort Manager you will deal with any issues that arise from a people management perspective as well as dealing with any issues that guests have whilst staying with you. Most Ski Resorts will have their own procedures and company standards that you will have to adhere too.
